Become an Apprentice!

An apprenticeship is an on the job training program in which you work and go to school to learn a trade.  The average beginning wage is $14.95 an hour and a journey level construction worker can earn approximately $30.00 per hour with benefits.

The Apprenticeship Opportunities Project (AOP) assists women, people of color and those facing barriers to employment in establishing careers in the building and construction trades.
